What to write about
- Support & bugs — something not working, a match that went wrong, or a feature you would like. Telling us your device and browser helps.
- Reporting a player — abuse, cheating or an offensive name. Include the player’s name and roughly when you played them.
- Privacy & your data — to access or delete your data, see the Privacy Policy (you can also delete everything from inside the app), or email us and we will help.
- Advertising & business — questions about the ads we run, or partnership enquiries.
Response time
RUNG is run by one person, so replies usually take a day or two. For anything urgent about your account or privacy, say so in the subject line and we will prioritise it.
